Morahan

We have traced our Morahan family back to Joe’s great-great-grandfather John Morahan and his siblings, who were born in Co. Roscommon or Co. Leitrim around the 1810s. John married Mary Bertridge in 1836 and they had a son named Owen (Joe’s great-grandfather) who was born in 1842 and married Margaret O’Hara. Owen and Margaret lived in Cloonfeacle, Kiltoghert, Co.
