Treacy

We have traced our Treacy family back to John (my great-great-grandfather) and Nicholas Treacy, believed to have been brothers and born about 1787 and 1805 respectively in Soloheadbeg in Co. Tipperary. The family burial ground was in Kilfeacle, Co. Tipperary so the family may have had origins there, or in Nicker, Pallasgreen, Co. Tipperary where a probable first cousin of John’s (also named John Treacy) lived. For further information, please click on descendant list or narrative report, or on one of the photographs below.
